My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room needed some care and attention, was not up to the expected 4-star standard, and felt a bit worn out. On the plus side, the room had a large fridge and plenty of tea and coffee. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff being discourteous but others being efficient and courteous. The location was decent but a bit isolated from nearby stores. The dining experience was satisfactory with a good variety of choices. Overall, the hotel has some improvements to make for the price paid.
