Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room needed some care and attention, was not up to the expected 4-star standard, and felt a bit worn out. On the plus side, the room had a large fridge and plenty of tea and coffee. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff being discourteous but others being efficient and courteous. The location was decent but a bit isolated from nearby stores. The dining experience was satisfactory with a good variety of choices. Overall, the hotel has some improvements to make for the price paid.
The hotel was not what I expected for the price paid. The rooms were shabby and in need of renovation, lacking proper heating and maintenance. Despite some friendly staff, the service was inconsistent. The location was convenient but lacked nearby amenities. The dining experience was better than expected.
The hotel room fell short of the 4-star standard I expected from a reputable hotel chain. The deluxe room was shabby, unloved, and in need of a makeover, not reflecting the nearly £100 price tag. However, the bed was large and comfortable, albeit lacking a fridge, with a muggy and stuffy atmosphere that was not ideal for our family with a young child.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the location was great, close to our relatives; however, the noise levels from the nearby busy road were high all night, affecting our overall experience. The service was professional but lacked a bit of leisurely touch. The dining options need a complete overhaul to provide a more satisfying experience. The facilities were decent, but there is room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms were nice and had everything we requested for but looked outdated; however, the AC and mini fridges were not working, which was disappointing. The service was friendly and efficient, although they couldn't even provide a coffee after a 2-hour journey. The location was good for us to travel to but not easy to reach from the station without a car. The dining experience needed some work, as it was not up to par, although the variety and taste of the food were incredible. Overall, I might consider staying again due to the friendly staff and the hotel's cleanliness.
